Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Janitorial Supervisor for the third shift to oversee cleaning operations at our client sites. This leadership role involves supervising cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to sanitation standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong team management skills and extensive custodial experience within industrial, commercial, or hospitality settings.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of janitorial staff working during the third shift to ensure efficient operations.
• Assign daily cleaning tasks and monitor progress to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Enforce safety regulations and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with client specifications.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
• Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Address staff concerns promptly, foster teamwork, and promote a positive work culture.

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience in custodial or janitorial services within industrial, commercial, or hospitality environments.
• Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication abilities for managerial oversight and customer service interactions.
• Experience with industrial or commercial cleaning equipment and chemical handling.
• Ability to perform routine inspections and enforce quality control measures.
• Prior management or team supervision experience is highly desirable.
