Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to ensure efficient cleaning operations across multiple sites.
• Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet cleanliness standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify compliance with sanitation, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning equipment.
• Oversee the management of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
• Enforce safety protocols related to industrial cleaning, sanitation practices, and hazardous material handling.
• Address customer service concerns promptly by providing professional communication and solutions.
• Implement cleaning & sanitation management strategies for diverse environments including commercial spaces, healthcare facilities, or hospitality venues.
• Lead by example in maintaining high standards of cleanliness while fostering teamwork and motivation among staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in custodial services with a background in industrial or commercial cleaning.
• Prior supervisory or team management experience within janitorial or custodial roles.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, safety regulations, and cleaning equipment operation.
• Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and liaise with clients or stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment.
• Experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid Driver's License

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
