Flagship Facility Services is hiring a dedicated and experienced 3rd Shift Janitorial Supervisor to lead our overnight cleaning team at an airport location.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who can keep employees focused, maintain exceptional cleaning standards, and ensure facilities are clean, safe, and ready for daily airport operations. What You'll Be Responsible For

• Supervise overnight operations: Assign duties, coordinate employee schedules, and ensure all designated areas receive proper cleaning coverage.
• Inspect work quality: Conduct regular inspections and address deficiencies to maintain company and customer standards.
• Lead by example: Assist with cleaning and floor care as needed, including sweeping, dust mopping, restroom cleaning, carpet cleaning, and other janitorial duties.
• Train and coach employees: Provide hands-on instruction, reinforce cleaning procedures, and promote accountability and teamwork.
• Maintain safety standards: Ensure proper use, labeling, dilution, and storage of cleaning chemicals and safe operation of equipment.
• Monitor supplies and equipment: Track inventory, report shortages, and communicate equipment maintenance or repair needs.
• Resolve issues: Address customer concerns, respond to operational challenges, and report important updates to management.
• Maintain communication: Provide accurate updates on staffing, cleaning quality, and shift operations.
• Ensure compliance: Follow company policies, customer requirements, airport procedures, OSHA standards, and applicable laws.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three to five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in janitorial services or facilities maintenance.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, floor care, equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a team during overnight operations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform hands-on cleaning tasks as needed.
• Clean driving record and successful completion of required background screening.

Work Environment & Requirements

This is an onsite airport position that requires compliance with applicable airport security and screening procedures. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Duties involve standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, lifting, and working around cleaning products, dust, equipment, and moderate noise. Safety equipment must be used when required.
