Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated EXPERIENCED Janitorial Supervisors to lead our cleaning and custodial teams in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will oversee daily janitorial operations, manage staff schedules, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and coordinate cleaning activities across various facilities. Your leadership will inspire a team committed to excellence in hospitality and facility maintenance, ensuring that all spaces reflect professionalism and care. Work days: Saturday and Sunday

Shift hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30pm

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily janitorial and custodial activities ensuring all cleaning standards are met or exceeded.
• Lead, motivate, and train janitorial staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service practices.
• Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels for efficient operations while accommodating special requests or urgent needs.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and maintenance needs; address any deficiencies promptly.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, laundry products, and equipment; place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate with management teams to implement new cleaning protocols or facility upgrades aligned with hospitality or hotel standards.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, incidents reported, and staff performance to support accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in janitorial services, custodial work, or hospitality housekeeping management with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning procedures.
• Supervising experience in a cleaning or facilities environment demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques.
• Strong management skills with the ability to oversee teams effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Excellent communication skills for training staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
