Janitorial Supervisor

The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for the development implementation and expansion of an integrated consumer-driven janitorial business with Bridgeway's Affirmative Employment Division. They will also procure and administer janitorial service contracts both within the organization and in the community.

-Oversee operations of the business ensuring adequate scheduling, maintaining accurate records for attendance and payroll, ensuring that quality standards and measures established at each work site are met and responsible for supply/equipment inventory, ordering, purchasing and maintenance.
-Oversee safety of operations ensuring that all procedures and storage of items are completed in accordance with OSHA standards. 
-Assess needs for additional equipment and staffing.
-Responsible for administrative supervision of Groundskeepers, Assistant Groundskeepers, Lead Janitorial Associates and Janitorial Associates as well as recruitment, interviewing, making recommendations for hire, evaluating and problem solving.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or High School diploma/GED with 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer experience in janitorial work. Must also have reliable transportation. Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon completion of all background checks.
