Primetone LLC is a growing full-service contractor and property services company providing janitorial, housekeeping, porter services, property maintenance, renovations, and facility support to residential and commercial properties throughout New Jersey. We are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality services and maintaining clean, safe, and well-maintained properties for our clients.

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Janitorial Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and lead our janitorial teams across multiple properties in North Jersey.

Responsibilities

Supervise janitorial and housekeeping employees.

Assign daily tasks and ensure proper staffing and coverage.
Travel between properties to inspect cleaning quality and oversee operations.
Interview new candidates for janitorial and housekeeping positions.
Train employees and monitor attendance, uniforms, and performance.
Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained.
Communicate with property management and address concerns.
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
Assist with scheduling, special projects, and cleaning coverage.
Ensure all assigned properties meet company and client standards.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license required. Must be able and willing to drive a company vehicle.
  Clean and acceptable driving record.
  Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  Ability to travel between properties throughout North Jersey.
  Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
  Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or property services preferred.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: $54,600 annually ($2,100 bi-weekly).
• Position: Full-time. Schedule may include weekends, holidays, early mornings, or evenings as needed.

Company Vehicle

A company vehicle will be provided for business-related travel between assigned properties. Candidates must meet company driving requirements.
