Janitorial Supervisor Working/Project - Hourly

Summary Work at various customer accounts, as needed to fill-in or to start a new job. Clean room, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas so that health standards are met; complete project work as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Working Schedule

• Must have open availability (Including but not limited to weekends) 5:30PM - 1:30AM

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Clean floors by sweeping mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (i.e. buffer, walk behind, spot-carpet cleaner).
• General cleaning of building, keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Empty wastebaskets and take other trash to disposal areas.
• Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window stills, equipment and other assigned areas.
• Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervision.
• Experience with stripping and waxing
