Service Areas: Chester, Rock Hill, York & Lancaster, SC

TJ’s High Quality Cleaning Services is hiring a dependable Janitorial Team Lead to lead cleaning crews and maintain quality standards at assigned locations.

This is a working Team Lead position. You will work alongside the cleaning crew while also overseeing completion and quality of assigned work.

Qualifications

• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Must be willing and able to travel between job sites in Chester, Rock Hill, York, Lancaster, and surrounding areas
• Previous leadership experience required
• Cleaning/janitorial experience preferred
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Able to lead a team and keep employees on task
• Able to maintain and track cleaning supply inventory
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to complete quality-control walkthroughs
• Must be able to pass a background check

Job Duties

• Lead and work alongside cleaning crews
• Assign and monitor cleaning duties
• Perform quality-control walkthroughs
• Ensure assigned work is completed correctly and on time
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory
• Report low inventory and supply needs to management
• Report employee or job-site concerns to management
• Help train and guide crew members
• Ensure employees follow company cleaning and safety procedures

Schedule

• Part-time
• Evening availability required
• Some daytime and weekend availability may be required
• Hours and locations may vary based on assigned contracts

Applicants must have their own reliable vehicle and be comfortable traveling to multiple job sites throughout Chester, Rock Hill, York, and Lancaster.
