Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Janitorial Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and servicing our HOA and apartment community clients throughout San Diego.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies

• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms

• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed

• Clean interior and exterior windows

Requirements

• Valid drivers license

• Clean driving record

• Reliable transportation (vehicle) to travel between job-sites (mileage reimbursement provided)

• Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning

• Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery

• Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards is a plus

• Basic understanding of facilities maintenance tasks

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

• Ability to communicate via cell phone and create completion reports after each job

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
