Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are tidy and hygienic.
• Handle industrial cleaning tasks as needed, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols while performing cleaning duties to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger cleaning projects or special requests as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing is a plus.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance will be considered an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in all tasks performed.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining a clean environment is essential.

Base Pay: From $15.00 per hour
