Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a professional appearance
• Handle waste disposal, recycling, and restocking supplies to ensure cleanliness and efficiency
• Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation by following established procedures and protocols
• Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or minor repairs as needed
• Support industrial or commercial cleaning projects that require specialized equipment or techniques
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning duties are completed promptly and thoroughly

Qualifications

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, including floor care and buffing processes
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and industrial cleaning methods
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
