Job Summary:

Waxmaster Janitorial LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial & Floor Technician to join our team. This route-based position involves scrubbing, buffing, and janitorial tasks in accordance with our SOP binder. The ideal candidate can work solo most nights and maintain a fast pace in line with our high production standards. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining clean, safe, and professional commercial environments.

Primary Duties:

• Perform routine floor care: sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing
• Operate equipment: buffers, auto scrubbers, vacuums, carpet extractors
• Conduct carpet cleaning and light maintenance as needed
• Clean restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Transport equipment and supplies using a company trailer
• Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies

Qualifications:

• Prior janitorial or commercial floor care experience preferred
• Able to work solo most nights with minimal supervision
• Must maintain a strong, consistent work pace to meet production goals
• Valid driver’s license and ability to back a trailer
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and be subject to random testing
• Must have a working smartphone for communication and scheduling
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and read/write English
