Japanese Admin / Interpreter (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

COMPANY PROFILE: This Japanese quality healthcare wellness center expanded in the Philippines while having a strong brand in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan and other countries. This clinic has Japanese doctors, Medicines from Japan, Japanese consultation and even a Japanese medical help desk and emergency line.

Position: Japanese Admin / Interpreter

Company Industry: Japanese Medical and Wellness Center

Work Location: Makati City

Salary: Up to Php 100,000

Work Schedule: Dayshift

Working Days: 8 hours a day

Off Days: 8 days per month

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Open to Filipino eho speaks, read, and write Japanese.

• Open to Japanese National also who are willing to work in Philippines (can process visa)

• Open to Half Japanese - Half Filipino

• Open to Graduate and Undergraduates

• Experience in translation/interpretation in Medical terms is a big advantage but not required

• Conversational in English Language

• Willing to work in Makati City.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer inquiries and Welcome Japanese walk in patients and customers
• Coordinate with Japanese doctors for schedule and appointments
• Provide Doctor schedule and available time for checkups and appointments
• Approve schedule request and assist Japanese customers after patient consultation.
• Answer inquiries about health card requirements and online payments
• Talk to the Japanese patient about their medical concerns for appropriate tests, doctor, medical expertise needed.
• Work as interpreter for Japanese patient and doctors or vice versa
• Ensure that patients and customer are satisfied during medical consultation
