About the role

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. Your work will involve continuous learning and adapting to evolving project needs to support the overall success of the software systems.

About you

• Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition
• Japanese Language (N3 Level)
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices
• Experience in developing scalable and high-performance applications using enterprise frameworks
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently
• Experience with Spring Boot (good to have)
