What they need
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major
- JLPT N2 certification is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Japanese Manufacturing Company
- Previous experience as Japanese Interpreter, GA, HRGA, or related position is preferred
- Experience working with Japanese expatriates/Japanese management is highly preferred
- Good command of Japanese and Bahasa Indonesia; English is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of Japanese business culture and working etiquette
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
