INT JAPAN Training Center is looking for passionate and qualified Japanese Language Instructors to join our team and help prepare Bangladeshi students for the JLPT (N5–N3) and career opportunities in Japan under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Program. Position Details

• Position: Japanese Language Instructor
• Vacancy: 2–3
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Location: Uttara, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Japanese language classes for N5, N4 & N3 levels.
• Prepare engaging lessons and follow the structured curriculum.
• Assess students and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain attendance and student progress records.
• Prepare students for JLPT examinations.
• Contribute to curriculum development and improvement.
• Create a positive and motivating learning environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
• At least one of the following:
• JLPT N2/N3 certification
• 420-hour Japanese Language Teacher Training Course
• Degree in Japanese Language or Education

Experience:

• 2–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
• Strong Japanese communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to teach in English/Bengali will be an advantage.
• Good computer literacy and professional work ethics.
• Punctuality is essential.

Salary & Benefits

• BDT 30,000–45,000/month (Depending on qualifications and experience; negotiable for suitable candidates.)

Working Schedule Sunday–Thursday

• Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM
• Evening: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
