Japanese Language Support, Accounts Receivable

Japanese Language Support is responsible for accounts receivable processes requiring language support and communication.

Other tasks include:

• Verifies invoices, analyses costs, and itemizes expenses
• Reconciles and clears transactions within the AR subledger
• Performs month-end vendor posting and error resolution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other Business-related courses

• Intermediate (N2) to Native/Local Japanese language proficiency

• Effective Business English communication skills

• Intermediate knowledge and experience in MS Office Applications

• Basic knowledge in accounting systems (e.g. SAP)

• Basic knowledge in web-based tools
