Japanese Language Trainer

Learnet Skills Limited, a leading skill development organization, is looking for passionate and qualified Japanese Language Trainers. You will deliver high-quality language training and prepare candidates for international career opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

• JLPT N3 certified with a minimum of 1 year of teaching/training experience, OR
• JLPT N2 certified with a minimum of 6 months of teaching/training experience
• Prior experience in Japanese language training is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Japanese language training sessions for students and candidates
• Prepare lesson plans and deliver training as per the prescribed curriculum
• Monitor student progress through regular assessments and evaluations
• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports
• Ensure timely completion of language proficiency milestones
• Coordinate with the Academic and Head Office teams for smooth program implementation
• Mentor students on language and cultural readiness
• Support learners in achieving JLPT and international placement requirements

• Classroom management and facilitation skills
• Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor learners
• Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools
• Good organizational and reporting skills

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
