Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Japanese Language Trainer to provide high-quality Japanese language training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong Japanese language proficiency and the ability to conduct engaging, practical, and interactive training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Japanese language training for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
• Develop structured lesson plans based on learner requirements.
• Teach Japanese grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
• Cover Japanese proficiency levels such as N5, N4, N3, N2, and N1, depending on the training requirement.
• Conduct interactive speaking practice, role plays, conversations, and practical exercises.
• Teach Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and practice exercises.
• Help learners develop conversational and professional Japanese communication skills.
• Provide regular feedback and monitor learner progress.
• Prepare students for the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).
• Conduct mock tests and examination preparation sessions.
• Adapt teaching methods according to individual learner needs.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the training program.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in the Japanese language.
• Minimum JLPT N2 proficiency; N1 preferred.
• Prior experience as a Japanese Language Trainer, Instructor, Teacher, or Tutor.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain Japanese concepts clearly and patiently.
• Good understanding of Japanese culture and business etiquette.
• Experience conducting online training using Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams is preferred.
• JLPT certification is required/preferred depending on the training level.

Preferred Skills

• Experience preparing learners for JLPT examinations.
• Experience training students, working professionals, or corporate employees.
• Knowledge of Japanese business communication and workplace etiquette.
• Experience teaching Japanese for career or employment purposes.
• Ability to provide practical, conversation-based training.
• Flexible availability for online or classroom sessions.

Pay: ₹9,371.83 - ₹39,771.72 per month
