Job Requirement

Japanese Interpreter

• Provide Japanese–English interpretation during meetings, discussions, and daily business communication.
• Facilitate communication between Japanese management/staff and local employees.
• Translate emails, documents, reports, and other business materials between Japanese and English.
• Communicate and follow up on instructions and requests from Japanese management or the Japan headquarters.

Purchasing

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Purchasing Department.
• Coordinate purchasing activities, including quotations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier follow-ups.
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.
• Monitor purchasing orders, inventory requirements, and delivery status.
• Maintain and update purchasing records, documents, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient purchasing operations.

Other

• Perform other duties and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

✓ Education: Diploma or above
✓ Experience: 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience
✓ Languages: Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 & Above)
✓ (Added Advantages) Experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Administration, Coordination, or a related field is preferred.
✓ Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
✓ Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments and stakeholders
