What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop enterprise applications using the Mendix Low-Code Platform
• Translate client requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Participate in Agile / Scrum activities, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
• Conduct application testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements
• Understand client business processes and recommend opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal development teams
• Participate in client-facing projects and build strong professional relationships
• Support project implementation at client sites when required
• Participate in international projects and client engagements
• Stay updated on new technologies and software development practices
• Travel internationally when required for project assignments

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business IT Management, or a related field
• 1–5 years of software development experience
• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or equivalent
• Good communication skills in English and Japanese
• Experience with Agile / Scrum development
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or related technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients
• Interested in Low-Code / Mendix technology
• Willing to travel internationally when required

Added Advantage:

• Experience with Mendix
• Experience with React Native
• Previous experience in client-facing or consulting projects
