💰 Salary: 35–45M VND/month

📍 Location: VTC Online Building, 18 Tam Trinh, Hanoi

🕒 Working time: Monday – Friday

GATEWAY is looking for a Supervisor to manage a technology-related project for a convenience store client in a professional Japanese working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily project operations and coordinate with Japanese partners to receive and process project information.

• Develop operational procedures, workflows and working guidelines.

• Lead, coach and train team members; handle internal and customer-related issues.

• Plan resources and monitor team performance to achieve KPIs.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure staffing quantity and service quality.

• Prepare operational reports and propose solutions for continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• College degree or above.

• Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher, with strong listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

• Experience in team management, project operations, Customer Service or BPO is preferred.

• Strong data processing, reporting and Microsoft Office skills.

• Experience living or working in Japan is an advantage.
