Japanese speaking Design & Operations Coordinator

Our client, a Japanese Company, is currently looking for candidates for a Japanese speaking Design & Operations Coordinator.

Key responsibilities

• Design & Technical Illustration (Adobe Illustrator):

  • Build and revise product structural layouts and technical drawings by using company templates ( illustrator).
  • Accurately manage high-priority, same-day artwork modifications and
  • Design engaging marketing assets, ranging from promotional handouts and digital newsletters to social media visuals.

• Administrative Support & Operations:

  • Handle general office duties, including processing service contract renewals and overseeing office supply inventories.
  • Complete, compile, and submit vendor documentation and supplier registration paperwork.
  • Organize and file weekly financial documents, such as bills, receipts, and invoices, to assist the accounting department.
  • Contribute to daily operational workflows to maintain a productive and organized office environment.

Requirements

• Strong  Adobe Illustrator skill is a must (work with vector files, artboards, dimensions, and standard graphic design for social/print).
• Please note that a portfolio is required alongside your application.
• Business English, Mandarin, Japanese ( JLPT N2) required
• Adaptable, with good multi-tasking, time management, attention to details
