Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver bilingual technical support (English & Japanese) via inbound calls, live chats, and web tickets.
• Troubleshoot IT issues reported by end-users and resolve support tickets effectively.
• Log, prioritize, assign, and track technical issues through the ITSM platform.
• Escalate unresolved tickets to higher-tier technical support teams with full diagnostic details.
• Support essential enterprise tools including ServiceNow, Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams, and cloud desktops.

Qualifications:

• Open to JLPT N1 / N2 Passers or Non-Passers.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Technical Support or IT Service Desk Specialist.
• Open to High School Graduates or College Undergraduates with relevant experience.
• Familiarity with IT troubleshooting and ticketing systems (prior experience with ServiceNow is a plus).
• Willing to work in Quezon City and can start as soon as possible.
