JASM - Fab23 - Module Associate Engineer (MAE)(3101)

Responsibilities （Immediately after hiring)

• Handling Diffusion, Thin Film, Lithography or Etching equipment in cleanroom environment.
• Install/Qualify new tool sets according to planned schedule to add capacity in a timely manner
• Applying your experience and systematic approach to solve critical equipment issues.
• Improving tool uptime availability and utilization efficiency.
• Identifying and pursuing potential opportunities for hardware capability enhancement.
• Performing visual inspections (quality check) post PM

(Scope of change)

There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school degree or above and manufacturing industry related experience.
• Able to operate computer and system interface programs to ensure appropriate computing and analysis of production information.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks and required documentation.
• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and timeliness.
• A team player who can multitask and thrive in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Good problem–solving and communication skills as well as a willingness to learn.
• The ability to troubleshoot complex problems and strong ownership in providing root-cause fixes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic mechanical-related knowledge and knowledge of semiconductor processes are desirable.
• Previous experience in equipment maintenance or improvement is a plus.
• Entry level English is preferred. We welcome candidates who have willingness of learning English.

Working Conditions

• Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
• Working Days & Hours - 3 day-on, 3 day-off shift (D-shift 7:20AM7:20PM, N-shift 7:20PM Next day 7:20AM)
