JASM - IT - User Support Engineer (6615)

Played as an IT User Support engineer, who provides technical support and maintenance services in a rapid manner to Fab User and to bridge issue solving for advanced ones in-between User & system product team at tsmc headquarters.

Job Responsibilities （Immediately after hiring)

• Performs defined tasks per documented instructions/processes (SOP).
• Monitors and manipulates alarms handling.
• Executes system fast recovery and unexpected system event handling.
• Respond to incoming telephone calls, and email inquiries from internal users (Fab User) regarding fab system-related problems.
• Join 1st line shift to demonstrate capability above before becoming a Fab System Domain Expert.
• Demonstrate expertise in fab systems domain including GigaCIM, AIOP, EA, ENGCIM, AIEDA.
• Be able to analyze Fab systems cases or issues and co-worked with DevOps team to continuously optimize Fab system performance.
• Fluent Japanese/Mandarin speaking and listening, and English is a plus.

There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, majored in computer science, information management, electrical engineering or IT-related areas.
• Capable for Japanese/Mandarin business level communication skills in oral and English in written are suggested.
• 2-year of IT experience or semiconductor industrial/Fab are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
• Capable of demonstrating teamwork.

• Working Days & Hours - Working Days & Hours - 3 day-on, 3 day-off shift (D-shift 7:20AM7:20PM, N-shift 7:20PM Next day 7:20AM)
