Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Jasper Reports Developer with experience in Jasper Reports, Jasper soft Studio, and Oracle SQL to develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise reporting solutions, including MIS, financial, and regulatory reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy reports using JasperReports and Jaspersoft Studio.
• Create parameterized, sub-reports, crosstab reports, charts, graphs, and drill-down reports.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database views.
• Integrate JasperReports with Java/J2EE applications and web-based systems.
• Develop and maintain MIS, financial, and regulatory reports.
• Troubleshoot report performance issues and ensure data accuracy.
• Support report scheduling, exporting, distribution, and UAT.
• Collaborate with business users, database teams, and developers.
• Maintain technical documentation and reporting standards.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with JasperReports Server and Jaspersoft Studio.
• Excellent Oracle SQL skills, including query optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Materialized Views.
• Hands-on experience developing complex reports, including sub-reports and crosstabs.
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE and report integration.
• Understanding of database design and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Knowledge of banking data models and RBI reporting requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PostgreSQL and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of report scheduling and automated report distribution.
• Banking or financial domain experience.
• Exposure to data warehousing concepts.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
