Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java & Angular Developer to join a product development team working on a system currently in the rollout phase. The role involves developing enhancements, implementing corrections and modifications, and collaborating with business stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong development experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular 4, along with knowledge of .NET technologies and Linux shell scripting. Business Analyst capabilities and experience with OpenShift will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular 4.
• Implement system corrections, enhancements, and modifications during the rollout phase.
• Design medium-complexity applications and databases.
• Contribute to development estimation, planning, deployment, and operational activities.
• Understand, validate, and challenge business requirements to ensure effective technical solutions.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure appropriate product reviews, quality checks, and audits are completed.
• Communicate effectively in English with users and team members across international locations.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Java and Angular 4.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of .NET, C#, and .NET Core.
• Experience with Linux shell scripting.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge or experience with OpenShift.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation experience.
• Experience supporting application rollouts, bug fixes, and system enhancements.
