Java and Microservices Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices architecture using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
• Lead the development of RESTful APIs ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
• Architect and implement containerized microservices using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to streamline releases.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system architecture.

Skills & Experience

• 7–12 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and object-oriented programming.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring-based microservices.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, development, security, and integration.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing distributed microservices architectures.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and deployment automation.

Pay: QAR21,400.00 - QAR22,400.00 per month
