JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide 3rd line application support and resolve complex issues.
- Perform code-level investigation, troubleshooting, testing, and root cause analysis.
- Conduct database interrogation and analyze application defects.
- Investigate and report defects, test fixes, and implement workarounds.
- Create and maintain knowledgebase documentation.
- Collaborate with L2/L4 Support, Build Teams, App Owners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Support AMS continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and reporting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Minimum 5 years of Java Application Support experience
- Java
- PostgreSQL / MySQL
- 3rd Line Support Experience
- Code-Level Investigation Skills
- Troubleshooting Skills
- Database Interrogation Skills
- Knowledgebase Article Creation
- Root Cause Analysis Skills
- Problem-Solving Skills
