Java Back End Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Backend Developer. This position offers a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with minimal industry experience who are passionate about software development, specifically in Java and Spring Boot. As an Entry Level Backend Developer, you will work closely with our experienced development team to design, develop, and maintain backend systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the development team to design and implement scalable and efficient backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
2. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to backend systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
5. Work in an agile development environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
6. Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in backend development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and principles.
3. Knowledge of Java programming language, including its core concepts and libraries.
4. Familiarity with Spring Boot framework and its ecosystem (Spring Data, Spring MVC, etc.).
5. Basic understanding of web development concepts (HTTP, RESTful APIs, etc.).
6. Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
7. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Passion for learning and a strong desire to expand knowledge in Java and Spring Boot.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience or internships involving Java development and Spring Boot.
2. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
