Position: Java Backend Developer - AI Tools & Agentic AI

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with AI Tools/Agentic AI experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, production-grade backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, distributed systems, and modern AI development tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java.
• Build and maintain large-scale distributed systems and production-grade services.
• Apply strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Work with relational and document-oriented databases.
• Develop and maintain solutions in Linux/Unix environments, including scripting.
• Develop and integrate Agentic AI solutions and AI development tools into backend applications.
• Follow Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and code-quality best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Strong experience with Core Java, distributed systems, and system design.
• Solid understanding of DSA and software design patterns.
• Experience with Linux/Unix, scripting, and databases.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI development and AI tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
