You will work on a strategic platform that supports the Control Framework and supervision processes within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), helping manage and monitor non-financial risks through scalable and innovative tech solutions. 🎯 The Challenge: What you’ll be doing

You will be a key contributor to designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and services within the platform:

• Backend Development: Build and enhance robust business features using Java 8 (or higher) and Spring Boot.

• API Design: Design and develop high-performance, maintainable, and secure RESTful APIs.

• Technical Excellence: Maintain high code quality through unit testing, active code reviews, and modern CI/CD practices.

• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and contribute to CI/CD pipelines to ensure production stability.

• 💻 Your Tech Toolkit & Qualifications (Mandatory Requirements) Experience: 3 to 6 years of professional backend development experience, with a proven track record of building enterprise-level applications.

• Core Frameworks: Strong expertise in Java (8 or higher), Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.

• Databases: Solid development and querying skills in Oracle and/or PostgreSQL (SQL).

• SDLC Tools: Good command of Git, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing.

• 🌟 Bonus Points For (Nice-to-Have) Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Risk Management/Front Office platforms.

• Experience with Microservices, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS).
