Role Overview-

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Backend Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices and a strong understanding of backend application development.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and microservices while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java
• Good experience with Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture
• Good knowledge of REST APIs and backend development
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and Java fundamentals
• Experience in developing and integrating backend services
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop and maintain microservices-based applications
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and production defects
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
• Contribute to application performance, scalability, and reliability improvements

Candidate Profile

• 1.5+ years of relevant experience in Java backend development
• Strong programming fundamentals and object-oriented concepts
• Hands-on experience with Java + Spring Boot + Microservices
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a 5-day WFO environment
