What You'll Be Doing / Responsibilities

• Lead the backend architecture design, coding, and system optimization of our core risk control system. Deliver efficient, high-quality, and maintainable Java code to help the company build an All-in-One platform for daily operations and risk management.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and front-end teams to continuously analyze, optimize, and improve existing data flows and system architecture based on daily feedback from the risk operations department and other users.
• Routinely monitor and analyze runtime errors and system feedback, continuously improving system stability, observability, and availability through technical iterations.

Who We're Looking for / Requirements

• Proficient in Java with a deep understanding of JVM principles, multithreading, and high-performance programming. Capable of independently designing, developing, and delivering systems or modules of medium complexity.
• Highly skilled in the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, etc.). Solid experience in microservices design and development, and familiar with distributed technologies such as service decoupling, service discovery, configuration centers, circuit breaking, rate limiting, and data consistency.
• Familiar with mainstream databases, caching, and message queues (e.g., MySQL, Redis, Kafka, or similar products), with hands-on experience in event-driven project development.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in building risk control systems for complex business scenarios or large-scale enterprise applications. Familiar with the daily operations of risk management teams, highly sensitive to data, and capable of balancing technical execution with business value.
• Familiar with Apache Flink or related real-time computing frameworks, with practical experience in big data or stream processing projects.
• Basic knowledge of modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React, capable of performing simple front-end code maintenance.
• Experience in MCP (Model Context Protocol) or AI Agent development and integration.
