Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Java Backend Tech Lead to lead backend development and manage a team of engineers. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, team leadership, and end-to-end delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor backend engineers.
• Design and develop REST APIs and microservices.
• Manage development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
