该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.基于Java（Spring Boot）研发Kafka平台组件与自动化运维工具，制定事件驱动架构标准规范。 2.负责Kafka集群全生命周期管理（部署、调优、扩缩容），保障高可用与性能，解决分区不均、消费Lag等复杂故障。 3.支持业务团队集成（Producer/Consumer），协助排查Spring Boot应用中的消息序列化、幂等性等问题，提供API对接规范。 4.通过CI/CD流水线（Git/Jenkins/Maven）实现自动化部署与配置变更，落实SASL/SSL认证及ACL权限控制，推动基础设施即代码。
