We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot microservices, Kafka, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of backend services, improve existing business logic, and ensure high performance, scalability, and operational excellence.

Java & Spring Boot Microservices
Apache Kafka – Producers, Consumers & Consumer Groups
MySQL – Complex Queries, Transactions & Performance Optimization
Docker & Kubernetes
REST API Development, OpenAPI & Swagger
JWT, OAuth2 & Authentication/Authorization
Helm Charts & Kubernetes Deployments
CI/CD – Jenkins, GitLab CI or ArgoCD
Git & Feature Branch Workflows
Unit Testing, Integration Testing & Regression Testing

Good-to-Have Skills:
Spring Cloud, Spring Batch or Spring SchedulerHashi
Corp Vault & Secrets Management
Firebase/FCM Push Notifications

Telecom Domain Knowledge (BSS/OSS)

CKAD Certification

Key Responsibilities:
Own and maintain 2–3 assigned microservices.
Design and develop scalable, high-performance REST APIs.
Integrate Kafka-based push notification and email pipelines.
Manage integrations with external systems, including BSS, ASM, ATG, FCM/Firebase, and Vault.
Optimize existing business logic and application performance.
Maintain Kubernetes deployments and Helm configurations.
Support production incidents, code reviews, testing, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
