Java Developer / Analyst Programmer (AI assisted) (Bank /tertiary inst., 25-60K)

Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Analyst Programmer

Responsibilities:-

• Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems and enterprise applications utilizing Java.
• Leverage cutting-edge AI programming assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to optimize development workflows and maximize coding efficiency.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews, with a dedicated focus on auditing AI-generated code to guarantee exceptional quality, strict security standards, and logical accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI-assisted workflows into core Java-based ecosystems.
• Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production-related issues to ensure high availability and system resilience.

Requirements:-

• Strong command of Java development and mainstream enterprise application frameworks.
• Practical, day-to-day experience using AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
• Adept at auditing AI-generated code, with a sharp eye for spotting logic errors, hallucinations, and code quality issues.
• Familiar with web application development, including managing SQL and NoSQL data repositories.
