What You’ll Do

• Develop robust Java/J2EE applications for the Fintech and financial payment services industry.
• Translate business specifications into core backend logic, Microservices, and user interfaces.
• Ensure application stability, high availability, and financial-grade data security adhering to enterprise standards.
• Tackle challenging functional and technical issues independently while collaborating with cross-functional offshore and onshore teams.
• Engage with clients and project teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) using best practices and clean coding standards.
• (Tech Lead / Senior) Drive technical architecture, guide API design, perform code reviews, and mentor team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Core Technical Stack: Excellent knowledge of Core Java concepts and Full Stack Java Development.
• Backend & Web Architecture: Experience with Java backend/web applications, Servlets, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, Angular, socket programming, XML, multi-threaded applications, and Microservices.
• API Frameworks: Deep understanding of APIs (REST, SOA) and integration standards (JSON, JWT, OAuth, Webhooks).
• Database Management: Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming for databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, and IBM DB2.
• Soft Skills: Strong time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to work with cross-border technical teams.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
