Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Work with relational databases and write optimized SQL queries.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Participate in application design, development, code reviews, testing, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects.
• Integrate applications with internal and external systems through APIs and services.
• Follow best practices for coding standards, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and other development teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices.

Required Skills

• 58 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and object-oriented programming.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.
• Experience developing REST APIs and Microservices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Good understanding of Java Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and Java 8+ features.
• Experience with Maven or Gradle.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Git/version control systems.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
