Java Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead / Architect with strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Microservices, and Reactive Programming, particularly Spring WebFlux. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing scalable, high-performance, and resilient distributed systems, along with exposure to AI Agentic technologies and cloud-native application development on AWS.

The candidate will be responsible for leading technical architecture, designing enterprise-grade solutions, and driving the development of secure, scalable, and reliable microservices applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Implement reactive and non-blocking applications using Spring WebFlux and Reactive Programming .
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and distributed services.
• Integrate AI Agentic capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.
• Implement fault tolerance, circuit breakers, retries, and resilience patterns using Resilience4j.
• Develop event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing solutions using Apache Kafka.
• Design and optimize database solutions using SQL, Oracle, and NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
• Write unit and integration tests using JUnit and follow best practices for code quality.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them using Kubernetes and AWS container services.
• Work with AWS services, including ECS, EKS, EC2, and S3.
• Lead technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, and establish architecture and development standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing applications.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive performance optimization and continuous improvement.

• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, communication, and architectural design skills.
