Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Java Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Java development. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience working with frameworks and databases, and a passion for building high-performance, scalable applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design and implement database-driven applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java development and incorporate them into your work.
• Ensure the quality of the codebase by writing and maintaining unit tests.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.) and web services (RESTful APIs, SOAP).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (Angular, React) is a plus.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Good understanding of Agile development methodologies and software development life cycle.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
