About the role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects spanning both front-end and back-end technologies. You will be based in the Central Region and will play a crucial role in designing, developing and maintaining web applications that meet our clients' evolving needs. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in creating seamless user experiences whilst ensuring robust, scalable backend systems that support our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies
• Design and implement user interfaces that are responsive, intuitive and visually appealing
• Build and optimise server-side logic, databases and APIs to support application functionality
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Write clean, well-documented and maintainable code following industry best practices
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues across the full stack
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure application reliability and performance
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with demonstrated expertise in both front-end and back-end development
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js or Angular)
• Solid experience with back-end programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, C# or PHP
• Knowledge of database design and management, including relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL solutions
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
• Understanding of RESTful API design and development principles
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) is advantageous
• Experience with containerisation tools such as Docker is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
