Summary:
Java Integration Developer supporting healthcare payer data/integration projects. The role focuses on developing web services, building Edifecs routes and mappings, and creating SQL/Stored Procedures to support EDI transaction processing and system integrations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and support Java/Tomcat web services.
- Create and maintain Edifecs routes and mappings.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and Stored Procedures.
- Troubleshoot integration and data-processing issues.
- Work with EDI transaction flows and healthcare data exchanges.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams on development and support activities.
Required:
- Java development experience.
- Tomcat Web Services.
- Edifecs route creation.
- Edifecs mapping development.
- Strong SQL and Stored Procedure development.
Desired:
- Facets experience.
- Healthcare payer domain experience.
- EDI X12 transaction experience, including:
- 837 Claims
- 270/271 Eligibility
- 276/277 Claim Status
