At least 6 years of software development experience in Java - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent - Advanced proficiency in Java programming language - Understanding of databases and their optimization - Experience with server-side frameworks (SpringBoot, Spring Security) - Familiarity with API development - Experience with Apache Hadoop is a plus - Experience with system design is a plus - Basic version control knowladge (e.g Git) - Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
