Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with experience in JSP and Servlet-based web applications. The candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable web solutions using Java technologies while ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java, JSP, and Servlets.
• Build server-side logic and integrate it with front-end components.
• Work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap.
• Design and integrate applications with MySQL databases.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with designers, QA teams, and developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.

Required Experience

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Java web development.
• Experience working with JSP, Servlets, and MVC architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Valuable)

• Experience with frameworks like Spring or Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of Git version control.

Understanding of web security practices.
