Your Task

This position involves developing and enhancing Java-based applications and components, with a focus on creating sustainable, long-term technical solutions. The role is ideal for someone who thinks primarily as a software developer, enjoys understanding and working with complex systems, and values clean code, professional growth, and long-term collaboration. You will work with Java and IAM/IGA technologies while collaborating with developers, architects, and international professional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Java-based applications and components
• Design and implement new features
• Optimize and refactor existing solutions
• Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting of issues
• Develop and maintain integrations
• Identify and implement automation opportunities
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and international professional teams
• Occasionally investigate more complex application support issues
• Independently plan and implement development tasks

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with several years of practical development experience, strong object-oriented programming skills, and the ability to work independently in an international team environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with business-level language proficiency.

Must Have Skills

• Several years of practical experience as a Java developer
• Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills
• Ability to work independently

• At least business-level English or German language proficiency

• Experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Familiarity with the SCIM protocol

• Experience with LDAP
• PowerShell knowledge
• Experience developing APIs
• Experience developing system integrations
• Understanding of access management processes
