Java Developer (Public sector / Finance related)

Our client is a Statutory Body which works on public pension projects. As a result of expansion, they are looking for Analyst Programmers:

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide on-going support and enhancement for existing systems/ platforms
• Plan and execute system integration test (SIT)/ user acceptance test (UAT)
• Work with different vendors and the team on system integration projects
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or related discipline

• 3 years or above in post-qualification development experience of which 2 years must be in comparable capacity

• Solid experience in J2EE / Spring Framework / Relational Database (e.g. Oracle with PL/SQL) / IBM WebSphere / MyEclipse, Eclipse

• Experience in the below will be an advantage:

• JSF/ICEfaces/ACE components

• iBATIS, myBATIS

• iOS/Android mobile app development

• REST web service

• JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML, JSON, ReactJS

• Hibernate

• Responsive web design

• Conversant with SDLC development methodology

• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
