Java Engineer

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that are scalable, secure, and built to last.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java technologies
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performing backend services and APIs
• Participate in solution design and architectural discussions
• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and Architects throughout the development lifecycle
• Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, and cloud services
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards
• Support CI/CD processes, automated testing, and DevOps practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development tools, processes, and platforms

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Java Developer or Software Engineer
• Strong experience with Java , Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
• Experience building and maintaining microservices architectures
• Knowledge of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB is a plus
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWS
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus
